Green Sun Association in Green School from Petriceni, Lemnia and Mărtineni held activities on theme of water, celebrating World Water Day with the children. Within these children had the opportunity to listen a story about water, then took part in various competitions where they could learn about the importance of water in general. The aim of the competition was to attract children’s attention on the importance of water. Children competed in teams, chose the team name, drew and created the flag and anthem, all with the main theme: water. After they responded to various questions and made a collage that showed why water is so important to us. The children also had an interesting task, they had five minutes to make from paper as  many small ships as they could.
Children during the contest had the chance to develop teamwork skills and have enriched with new knowledge on water.
