The Târgu Secuiesc based Green Sun Association organizes teambuildings for its volunteers on a regular basis. For the event that was held on the 23rd of February 2019 the organizers planned a highly entertaining and educational schedule. Alen Margaryan, volunteer of the “Friends of the environment!” project, was the one responsible for planning the event. In the beginning of the session participants were led through some ice breaker games meant to create a free learning environment. The games were followed by the presentation “Graphic Design Basics” delivered by the Sfântu Gheorghe based company, Wameleon Design’s founder and owner, Rancz Zsolt. During the lecture the participants had the chance to explore the basics of graphic design and get familiar with some guidelines that are helpful even for amateurs when designing any types of promotion materials.
In the second part of the event participants got involved in various games and exercises, that aimed to develop their communication and organizational skills. The main goal of the event, that was held entirely in English, was to improve interpersonal relationships within the team and develop participants’ individual skills. “The time we spent together helped us to maintain the good team spirit and to strengthen the team identity”- said one participant. The event ended with some board games and a nice dinner together.
