As the end of the year approaches, we take stock of the results we have achieved and where we have come in this year. The Green Sun Association of Kézdivásárhely organizes its year-end evaluation for the fifteenth time. It has become a tradition over the years to hold a final meeting on December 29, where we count on your presence as well. Location and time: Sporthostel conference room in Kézdivásárhely, Friday afternoon at 18:00!

- Determination of plans and budgetary allocations for 2024

- Awards and rewards presentation
- Members’ ideas, proposals, opinions, off-agenda questions

The singing performance of Mustafa Erol, the Turkish ESC volunteer of the Be Active Be Green project, will enhance the quality of the year-end general assembly. I would like to draw the attention of the members that if the assembly is not quorate at the announced time, I will reconvene it at 18:30, in which case the assembly will be quorate regardless of the number of present members.
