One of the aims of our project named On the green road is promotion of EVS, so yesterday we’ve been in Székelyudvarhely. Green Sun Association volunteers visited Benedek Elek Pedagogical Institute and Tamási Áron Gimnázium. Photos taken at the event can be viewed on the facebook page of the association.

The age of the participant were between 16 and 18 years old. These young people have to choose soon a way for their life, yesterday we showed them a choice. Some of them were very interested in European Voluntary Service, so we achieved our aim. In each class Ráduly Attila showed them a presentation about the EVS program while he made some questions as well, and he explained the activities that we normally do. Emmanuelle, Elaine and me introduced ourselves and we talked about our motivation to came here. Some of them were asking us some question like ¿Why did you choose Romania? the answer was almost the same for three of us. In EVS we first choose a project, is not possible focus only in one country, because is difficult to find a project that you really want in one country. It was a good experience, EVS is a very good opportunity to discover yourself, what you really want to do in your life and have a really good experience. Even if it’s not very good we learn, because we learn from negative situation too.
