An Unforgettable Day at the SIC Festival

Fun, Play and Creativity with Over 100 Children

This year’s SIC Festival was an extraordinary event that left an indelible mark on everyone who attended. From games to origami to exciting competitions, we spent a day full of laughter, creativity and joy with more than 100 enthusiastic children. This festival, specially designed for children, was an unforgettable experience that brought a smile to everyone’s face.

One of the highlights of the festival was the variety of activities available. Each table at the event hosted different activities tailored to the interests and preferences of the young participants. From face painting to chemistry experiments in the mini-lab and fascinating theater performances, there was something for every child to enjoy.

The festival kicked off with a series of fun and interactive games that had children bubbling with excitement. Creativity was at its peak as children dived into the world of origami. With colorful paper and the guidance of Andi Borsa (Local volunteer) and Gülcan Babir (Turkish volunteer), they transformed simple paper into different shapes. As the day progressed, it became clear that this festival was much more than entertainment; it was an educational experience wrapped in fun and laughter. Not only did the children have fun, but they also learned new skills, made new friends and gained a deeper appreciation for art and science. The SIC Festival did just that and left us with memories that will last a lifetime.
