On 31th August Green Sun Association had the pleasure to participate in Potatoes festival in Kézdivásárhely. The team was composed by four members of this association, Márton Károly, Szabo Attila, Emmanuelle Baillet and Gema Puerma Castillo as a chef. The food was traditional from Spain: the aperitif was tortilla de patata (Spanish omelet), the main plate was Estofado/guiso de patata (potatoes stew) and the desert Dark chocolate potatoes cake. The cooking time started around 11h and finished around 14h. All the team was working hard to achieve the aim. The jury tasted the food, they said it was very good and also some people visit the stand to taste it. Around 16h the jury announced the winner team. Green Sun Association was in fourth place from fifteen teams. The gift was three bottles of wine from Hungary. Thank you in the name of all Green Sun people! It was a pleasure to participate and let you know a bit of Spanish traditional food.
